So I see :crying: - 3.5-5k for the base models :wtf:

Hmm, maybe I can make a case for stocking up up on coal and blitz to the value of 1/5th of the price - that should sort it - I do have a Weber after all
Weber machines are fantastic for roasts, whole chickens and other chunks of meat, basically anything that needs in direct heat. As a normal braai, it sucks. Like donkey ball sucks.

For a braai for tjoppies, wors and steak, just get a normal braai. There are lots at places like builders. Get something that can do wood fires.

Put your foot down. Be a man. Take charge. Demand your right as a primal beast be respected to cook with fire!

Sunday! 12:02 ...... At Work! Misty and cool on the great plains of the Southern Namib desert....

The English HO has decreed that I need to braai after work today to feed the fruits of me loins..... (/Moose thinks of Lion Chops!)

I forgot that I had a packet of frozen Ollies Caramlised wors.... so that is my highlight for flames....

Beer is the tool of the Devil!

/Moose notices than is throat is feeling rather parched!

Got some rashers and wors on the coals this evening.

Question for the MyBB braai masters - briquettes or charcoal?

depends what you need.... charcoal burns hotter, briquettes longer and more consistent, but to be honest, no real benefit of one of the other. i just prefer wood
