+1 on this. I slow braai mine like that for 1,5 hours and finish it off with a quick crisp over the coals with a coat of Rosemary Worcestershire sauce. It falls off the bone.

The English HO and I are once again friends, The children are dancing in the streets with garlands of flowers around their necks...

Oh! I forgot to mention it's Wednesday, a payday Wednesday at that, which means a few cold ones in the office come 17h00... followed by bowls, beer and braai across the road at the bowling club......
