don't leave yet! i currently have slaughtered beef in some brown vinegar... which i will hang later. stuffed some minced meat into some smaller intestine, also for the hanging.

then i will be applying an immense amount of heat to a little piece of rump, some lamb tjops and some more stuffed intestine, more popularly known as boerewors.

Well Badminton was awesome, played with a small kid called David, his parents did not have time to partner with him, this kid oozes talent..... HO partnered with MiniMoose.... We won our first three games, then it happened, in the fourth game, I twisted my knee, battling to walk now, in severe pain, came home, took painkillers, I seem to be immune to them these days, so HO just gave me a beer without me asking.... What a gal!



A very good mate of mine, took over with David and went onto win the tournament, then the coach sent me a medal ... Awesome, the pain is friggin awful, waiting for the beer to work her magic, No potjie, Slow smoked pork in the slow cooker... HO made her famous homemade beer bread to compliment.... The dish...

Fish sucks, the whole part of cooking is to enjoy the prep and rituals... Fish is way too quick and not worth the effort.....mind you I did cook Haddock in butter in the week.....
