Sounds good matey, I could do with chewing the fat right now. We've got the same moon as you have I believe, but company is a bit sparse due to the rapidly declining temperatures.

Aye. A cold bastard. But I've got another coat on now so I'm doing OK for the time being.
I think I might have under done the coals in the Weber. What temperature do you think would do a 1.5kg pork loin. Sitting at about 135F just now after an hour and 20 mins..
