Nobody in our area uses ADT due to slow response times.

Cancelled with another big company when a lady in our road was being held at knife point and repeatedly gave the incorrect password to the security company when they phoned. Control room kept on saying that's the wrong password.

Lady was saved when her domestic hit the thug on his head with a cricket bat.

Just about the entire road resigned and signed up with another company.

I guess it depends on the area.

People think because their area has this alleged 3 min response time, every area does. Fastest ADT I ever had was 10+ mins so I feel you.

Well, he is doing the exact same thing. There another security company here where the response time is 25 min.
