Who delivered the most iconic villain performance in a movie or series?

Do you think someone else should have made the top 10?

Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger, Tom Hardy as Bane, Giancarlo Esposito as Gus Fring, Andrew Scott as Moriarty, Tom Hiddleston as Loki, or a particular James Bond villain?
 
The first one that instantly springs to mind for me, is Joffrey from Game of Thrones.

Otherwise, from the list it's gotta be Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lector, although I loved Heath Ledger as the Joker but it was a different more enjoyable kind of villany.
