What is the minimum capacity for passing you motorbike lic. that enables you to ride any capacity motorbike?

No, I know that if you take the test with a 125cc you will not be certified to ride a
1000cc.

I need to know the minimum capacity that certifies you for all bikes.

126cc or larger for an A class license. 125cc and smaller qualifies for an A1 class license.

Look on the back of anyone's drivers license card.

A motorcycle learners enables you to ride any size engined bike, without a passenger.

Off the top of my head: not be drunk at the time? :D But, as said, an A on your licence indicates >125cc; don't know what the minimum age requirement for that is though.
