For you who don't know what is Mount&Blade:
Mount&Blade (a RPG) is all about true medieval combat, in 1st Person or 3rd Person, think Medieval 2: Total War, but you actually are the leader of your army. You can command your soldiers in huge battles. The player has the option of customizing his own character, like armour, arms, horses, soldiers and something like Oblivion's character creation. The game takes place in Calradia, a fictional, but non-fantasy world. So there is no fireballs, or goblins. You can do quests, siege castles and cities, maintain your fiefs, interact with everyone etc. There is also a huge selection of mods, including The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Graphical Enhancements, true historical wars etc.
This game will costs you only $7.99 at Gamersgate (actually it's $30). It's a 380mb download. Try it (Free till level 8), the combat is awesome, I'm still totally addicted after six month of almost non-stop playing. And BTW it is an Indie game, created by a man and wife
