Only problem is... you might have to go in afterwards, and manually edit out certain "titles" that you don't want people knowing that you possess!

Yeah, Plex does a pretty decent job of matching content & downloading appropriate metadata automatically. Just by downloading files and tossing them into the TVShows dir unaltered, you get this for example (with theme music playing) ...

Yeah XBMC allows this natively if you enable the Library mode and media type scanning.

Yup, but you need to jailbreak the device.
