Deadpool 2 - 6.5/10. Pretty much Wile E Coyote and The Rodrunner antics, with an endless stream of gags and tropes.

Action Point (2018) 4.5/10

Pretty much an episode of Jackass dressed up to appear as a movie. Not a particularly good one. Unfunny & a weak script does not help the cause.

Kill Command (2016). 6.5/10. Low budget but well made sci fi with elements of Aliens and Predator.

The secret of Marrowbone (2017) - 6/10

A beautifully filmed thriller/horror movie with a twist at the end.
It's a slow paced film, but the plot keeps you interested until the end.

Deadpool 2 : 7.5 / 10
Silly and splosions and fun all the way through.
One of the best things in the Marvel cinema universe right now.

Terminal (2018) 6.5/10

Stylish looking noir thriller. Margot Robbie is on top form. Convoluted script is a (slight) downer though.

Journeys End (2017)

Caught this on a flight after seeing the trailer a few months back. Absolutely fantastic Ww1 story with some excellent acting and story telling. Not too exciting but I'm surprised it was so good. 8/10

Not interested in the modern action type movies atm, like FP, KFK and KZ, as I've seen them fairly recently. I'm enjoying the more traditional type of kung fu movies, like Iron Monkey.

I've got Fist of the Dragon, also known as Heroes Among Heroes (1993) on my list. Not sure about Dragon (2011). Great movie but I remember it pretty well because I liked it so much and it came out comparatively recently.

Looking forward to Enter the Fat Dragon (2018)!
Also "In the line of duty 4" Good action movie from Donnie Yen. But not you're old classic kung fu type of movie.

Wiki -
The film was produced in 1989 for the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. It purports to tell a faithful and neutral story of the Revolution, from the calling of the Estates-General to the death of Maximilien de Robespierre. The film had a large budget (300 million francs)[2] and boasted an international cast. It was shot in French, German and English.
Available version is in French with perfect English subs.

5 and a half hours, worth every minute.

Feck me, a 5 & a half hour film. That I would in like 4 installments.

Watched it over two evenings.

But then I have watched the extended edition of LOTR in one go - which took just over 12 hours.

I believe there's a 4 hour uncensored fan made cut of the Kill Bill duology with footage from the Japanese release spliced in.

Will be worth a look.
