Hold the Dark - 7.5/10. Weird animal/human metaphors aside this was an absorbing watch. Brutal shootout might upset sensitive viewers.

Because Age of Ultron didn't happen...or maybe the hammer "decided" Cap was on the right side of Civil War.

It's just throwaway fan service type stuff.
They overdid it tho. He wielded it far too long and imo it cut into the specialness of the hammer & Thors relationship. When Cap started spinning it I thought **** this nonsense.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019) 6.5/10

Slightly decent watch in the MonsterVerse. Some good battle scenes as well.

The Professor and the Madman.
9.5/10
I haven't watched something so captivating in ages... And the most bizarre subject... The Oxford dictionary.
Mel Gibson and Sean Penn are brilliant in it.
Reminded me of a beautiful mind at times.

Kraftidioten [In Order of Disappearance] (2014)

The honorable citizen Nils ploughs snow in the wild winter mountains of Norway, when his son is mistakenly murdered, Nils takes action, which ignites a war between the vegan gangster "the Count" and the Serbian mafia boss Papa.

Pretty decent action movie. 7/10

The Hustle (2019) 4.5/10

Unnecessary female-centered remake of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Unfunny & bland.

Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw (2019) 7/10

Unlike any other F&F movie Ito of comedic element. Movie is actually hilarious, high octane action and Johnson & Statham play so well off one another.

That Saulnier guy has directed 4 movies...I've seen 3 and all are good to excellent (Blue Ruin and Green Room stand out). I should try to find Murder Party.

Avengers: Endgame - 6/10

Enjoyable but predictable
You predicted time travel and Thor killing Thanos without a second thought, becoming fat and useless? You predicted the world would be saved by a rat? You predicted Cap going back and living out his life, Iron Man dying and the kid who helped him in the snow being at his funeral?

Krikey.

Any tips on the stock market?

Stop getting your knickers in a twist. It was predictable, we had to overlook that, and not overthink things too much to enjoy it.

It was predictable they’d find a way to overcome Thanos and win. It was predictable they’d lose some in the process.

I don’t think the way it happened was particularly predictable, unless there’s a lot covered in the comics which I’ve missed.

Maybe you didn't engage your mind enough when watching it....or deliberately switched off a few cores like the rest of us did. I enjoyed it a lot, by the way. A fitting end to the phase. I love how they tied it together with the other movies. Very clever

Look I don’t watch movies and dissect each scene, I watch for the entertainment. Probably a comic buff has a different experience than me, and that’s cool.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, they wrapped it up well.
