Apocalypse Now Final Cut 10/10
Having only seen this movie on the small screen, watching it in IMAX gives it so much more impact. For me this is the greatest war movie ever.
Sweet.

I love FMJ, but I can only imagine that AN is made for IMAX more than any movie I could think of. Haven’t seen it on IMAX, but I can imagine it is just incredible.

Always viewed the Rocky movies as dramasRocky (1976) - 9/10. So much power in its simplicity.

Off the WWII thing, I always wondered why Waterworld was never a big deal
Found it very entertaining back in the day, like a mad max vibe on the ocean

Schindler's List (1993) - 8/10
An amazing movie. I love World War II movies that aren't about the trenches.
I'd love to watch 2001 in IMAX. AN is quite flabby in the middle sections. The start and ending are brilliant.
Full Metal Jacket is a brilliant movie no doubt, but for me Apocalypse Now has scenes that stands out more and says a bit more. "Never get out of the boat. Absolutely goddamn right"
Think Im gonna watch it again. Just the cast man
