They came. They tried. They failed. Yet another mashup of a great original hacked to pieces. Sometimes humorous, most often predictable, many times childish in its approach, I would vehemently advise on giving this a miss. When will Hollywood learn that we are so accustomed to good visual effects they can't use it any more to hide the inadequacies of a silly script. Chris Hemsworth "trying to play dumb".... I couldn't bare watching. He belongs in his Thor outfit with minimum lines of script. The original is dead. Long live...ITS MEMORY.
A big no no and a disappointing 2 stars from me ⭐️⭐️

The Shallows (2016) 7/10

Rather good actually. Some nail biting scenes; proper performance from the lovely Blake Lively. Negative points are the B-grade CGI of the shark in some scenes + the fact that certain elements are clearly unrealistic. Overall still a good watch though.

Swiss Army Man - what? what? Quite... different, but still somehow entertaining

Blood Father - 6/10. Likeable film, acting is good but not heavy on plot and personally didn't like the editing

Yes it was surprisingly entertaining even if u consider that a great white with amazing sensory capabilities still managed to commit suicide by swimming headlong into an anchor lol

Watched the first two JJ Abrams Star Trek's over the weekend. Watched it before and couldn't remember anything. Really enjoyed the rewatch. Looking forward to Beyond.

Make sure u guys watch this. Fantastically original with brilliant performances all round. It will make you both laugh and cry but never goes too deep that it becomes a tedious watch. A truly must see. A full 5 stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks! Will do

It's a solid WTF/10.

WTF is the correct description lol. A jetski powered by pure butane just blew my mind hahahaha. Oooops no spoilers. Almost forgot. But what really impressed me was that the silliness was far from the usual "Dumb and Dumber" mentality. Everything was done with a touch of class which impressed the hell out of me
