Nice. I've looked at the stuff I've done for the first thread but it's a hell of a job yo catch up on....and the scht people talk and stupid fights they get into because if movie ratings :/

Underworld Blood Wars - 4/10

Mild entertainment if you switch off your brain for a bit. I think it is the worst of the lot so far. The story doesn't make sense and even that doesn't get resolved by the end of the thing. Lots of pointless build ups to things that are easily overcome with little effort

Spectral (2016) 6 / 10
Despite the recognisable faces and special effects, has a B-movie feel to it - very good for that kind of movie.

Pet (2016) 5/10
Good performances but a bit messy script-wise...decent suspense.

 

[WaxLyrical]

Snow Angels (2007) 7.5/10 - gut wrenching story of grief and depression. Not for sensitive viewers. One of Beckinsale's finer moments.

Trolls (2016) - 6/10

Was hoping it was some sort of revenge - internet stalking murder mystery thing, so was a bit disappointed right at the outset. There was a trolly guy, who was actually a walking cloud, who was the most entertaining person in the whole damn thing.

My 5 year old son absolutely loved it though, because of the sing and dance thing, and it did have a few laughs. Since I have watched it now 34 times in the last couple of weeks, I can conclude that it's entertaining enough, and does have some reasonable tunes...so good for kids
