The Gray Man (2022) 6.5/10

High energy action thriller, a few truly OTT moments. Some of the dialogue was cringy, generic feeling story.
Core cast worked well. Enjoyed the Prague setting.

Lots of Audi product placements (e-tron GT, Q4 e-tron, RS7, R8).

Fun fact:

The movie's $200 million budget makes it, as of 2021, the most expensive Netflix original movie, tied with Red Notice (2021).

After that watch Casino if you haven't watched it. Really good too. Similar plot different circumstances.
Then after that watch The Godfather and The Sopranos thereafter you will be a “made man”.

Thank goodness they didn't cast Reynolds in this.

Dr Strange and the multiverse of madness 7/10
Not sure why the hate for this. Thought it was fairly decent.

The lost city - 5.5/10
Somewhere right on the edge of "I am sorry I watched this" and "OK that was mildly entertaining". Main redeeming feature was Daniel Radcliff. Different role for him and he did it well.

True Grit (2010) - 8/10

This was a re-watch. The Coens have made masterpieces* over the years and this for me is slightly below their top-tier movies, but I still really loved it. The acting was phenomenal across the board, and the cinematography from Deakins was incredible as usual. Definitely made a big differences having subtitles on for Rooster though :D

*My Coen masterpieces: Fargo, Big Lebowski, Miller's Crossing, No Country for Old Men. No, I'm not taking notes on my list, thanks.
