I need a little advice on how to transfer my ADSL down the road to a new flat that I will be moving into at the end of August.
I saw on Telskum website that there is an online order form, but how useful is it? Really, compared to phoning them directly.
Another issue is the new flat already has a phone line installed and we will be keeping it in the mother-in-laws name while renting it. Can I order it myself since she is clueless about this stuff or do I need to give her a script and have her order it?
Also, I want to self-install the ADSL to save money. Does Wynberg/CT offer this option? The flat has a single phone jack, can I just put a splitter on it with a pots on one for the phone and modem?
