Moving my tel nr and DSL line to new house - Help needed

Im moving to a new house on 15 October.

i need to either move my Telkom tel line and DSL line
OR
Cancel and apply for a new tel nr line and DSL

what is the best options and who do i speak to etc?

the 10210 move / cancel option just rings non stop as usual....

Definitely move your line. When I did this, I applied online, and I got choose a date when they should come. I got a call/sms (cant remember now) on the cellphone the day before to confirm they are coming. They did all their connection at the pole and the exchange and 3 hours later I got my phone with my ADSL ready to go. If you cancel and re apply you have to get the phone line, then wait a week again for the adsl. With the moving option all happens the same day. In my case anyways. Hope this helps.
