But bang when he went against cyril. Interesting.

You must have missed the Zuma years?

The ANC's main priority was always to protect number 1.

I wonder what happens now, it would be very odd if the matter cannot be discussed if the person who raised it is no longer there.

Desperate times. We always go back to rosy days of 1994 when life was good for everyone, everything was working, tomatoes were penny a dozen - till the apartheid came in via ANC.
Yup, what we had under Apartheid, dompass laws and all, was much better than what we have today under the corrupt, thieving, incompetent, useless, lying and terrorist ANC rule!

On the other hand, everyone knows my best friends Koos & Piet absolutely love it in ANC rule. I suppose it is your Soweto friends vs my Krugersdorp friends then..

I doubt anyone but the cadres "absolutely love it in ANC rule".
So I call BS that you have friends called Piet and Koos...

Nice to hear. Very seldom we get black forumites like you stating the reality of good old days.
It is actually very easy to demonstrate. Let us compare the achievements by each of these governments. You can go 1st by listing the achievements by the ANC and I will follow with those from the Apartheid government. You in?

On the same day, Dirks was understood to have written his own letter to the ANC's strategy grouping and demanded that they explain and supply him with reasons as to why he was being instructed to withdraw the letter.

The cheek...

Can we do this in chronological order, we still have the whole free state dairy farm thing pending, then theres the ssa slush fund thing, before broadening out to the whole gupta coal mines, and then the dudu saa thing with state bail out money. Any other soe with misused state bail out money? cr17 and whatever can wait.

The notion that a politician can put the country before a party that enabled them to get the job that puts a plate of food on his table is a myth.
I'm well aware that in many things party will come before country, but when it's party before country to the absolute detriment of the country, then something is rotten in the state of Denmark.

His request has merit and the fact that the anc are trying to shut it down actually proves that... They should have welcomed the request and then done a half arsed piss poor job of investigating it. Same end result except the anc comes out smelling less like a pile of horseshyte.

I don't think suspending him takes the matter off the table, but if I was in their position I would have allowed him to have his say, then dismiss his RET behind back to KZN for a totally unrelated matter that will arise out of nowhere at a later stage.
