10 million? Should they not have spent this money on healthcare or housing? Who the hell needs a jazz festival? These festivals must be sponsored by big business.
I dont see the point of spending 10 mill on a festival that may bring in a small amount of tourism.
Maybe they should have done their homework. Thought more would come? Not good enough for me.

As always they did not do their homework. They just got an idea and ran with it. Did not do some research and feasibility studies or anything. Now they have wasted this money, which they could have used much more wisely. Bloody idiots.
