I did not. Search the word "panicked" with my name, and you'll see I stated this in my previous post. The first kid was shot with a revolver according to the journalists who were present. He died on his way to hospital.

I won't go as far as calling him a criminal but It is clear by now that the guy isn't exactly a model citizen, with him using dodgy means to attain his ANC membership and the fact that ANC people from that province are generally dodgy I would really take word from someone like that with a massive pinch of salt, also that the fact that he is cornered he will probably say anything.

The guy is saying these things because he has a case going with IPID where he claims police tortured him, he is not giving out information to assist the investigation, he is giving out this information to assist his own case with IPID.
