I haven't heard of them interrupting court proceedings. As long as they observe court decorum...

It's possible that they are not all hitmen, I still think one amongst them has personal relations with the deceased, the ANC guy looks to be well off and even owns a lodge, it doesn't make sense that he could be moonlighting as a hitman.

Perhaps it is not a hit, it could be personal. The discovery team will look into the motives and intent. You never know who is capable...

But is there a precedent? Have they blamed apartheid for a murder they committed? Why are you even bringing apartheid into this (cycles back to the first question)?

The ANC murder rate during apartheid is quite well hidden from the public. I tried finding more info after learning the extent from a member posting on this thread.

Indeed ..... If I knew about this sooner, I could have blamed apartheid for a lot of things, but the dog usually got it.....

This doesn't answer my question. Does what you claim have a precedent? If it does, perhaps you should share it. Until then, I'll wait for reasons why apartheid was brought up.
