Looks like there isn't one but its busy being negotiated. Looks like its being negotiated currently. I wonder how well that works in practice. If he had just flown to Mauritius would he have been safe?

You have a point. The Marks family have been involved in many scams and they seem to be living a very public and glamorous life right here in SA, with zero implications or consequences

I saw aunty Cherie a few months back at my local shopping center.Her and it looked like Uncle Mark were rolling in there pimped out jeeps.Where do you see a middle aged white women in SA driving around in a pimped out Jeep ?

If she had any sense she would keep a low profile and start an escape plan to flee somewhere safe.

But their arrogance gained from running multiple scams and never getting prosecuted prevented that.
