mmm, I am wondering the same. only institution that really does biometrics is Capitec. Unless MTN is going to be doing the capturing and updating your credit profile with the data...for later usage.

Nedbank scanned my fingerprints when I went to collect my new CC a month ago. Think they were comparing them against something and not scanning them for first time (it failed and they had to override).
