MTN 3G: connect but no connectivity

Since about midday today, I am able to connect a data call through MTN 3G but I can't connect to anything.

Huawei E220, prepaid data bundle, Windows XP.

Call connects and shows a few KB of sent data but 0 bytes received. Have tried both with gingg's tool and with the MTN F@stlink dashbaord. And I've rebooted.

Can send USSD commands - *141# returns that I have 68MB of data left.
But I can't ping anything.

Last successful session was this morning ending at 11:47.

Who do I call for prepaid data support at MTN? A search of 'data support' at www.mtn.co.za returns 'No results'!

Hi

1555 Can assist with these queries since it is a modem query. You can call 1555 from any MTN Contract number(Free Call). If calling from a Telkom line or VC or Cell C then dial 083 1555 but the call is chargeable.
