Feedback needed.
Last bill was for R3225.66 which was paid on 29 May 2007 and I overpaid it (payment on MTN SP's side is for an amount of R3500.00)
Now I get a voicemail from Zola (probably an account manager on my side who leaves no contact details at all to pay the account to get it out of arrears , I only have to ensure my account is payed before the 7th day of the new month)
Can someone please inform me as to who Zola really is (a contact number for her) as this is the 1st time I've heard of her and why she cannot pickup my payment plus credit balance of the account.
Payment confirmation is normally sent to webmaster@mtnsp.co.za with one of 3 cellphone numbers linked to the account and doing some further investigation on my side I see I changed my account number by mistake in the ABSA beneficiary reference fields , hence the problem.
