MTN Active Broken as usual when i try and view my statements online since the paper / online ones take forever.

No bill data found for specific account.

MTN probably has the worst portal off all network providers. Information is very limited and hardly ever updated.

Nothing has changed mtn internet service is still broken.
It worked 3PM - 6PM perfectly fine.
But yet again the service gone down the drain!

Do yourself a favor and try to get a stable ping from a website.
Request timed out.
Repeats every 5-10 pings.

I'm Talking about the MTN SP - MTN Active Service/Portal ...
Not the MTN Internet Service..
Can access the Portal fine from Work and MWEB ADSL @ Home

MTN Active not working for me today... Been a user for ages, now suddenly it wants me to reverify me phone number with an SMS which never arrives. You would have thought that a mobile network operator would be able to arrange for an sms to be sent...

Also is it just me or are there dead link all over the MTNSP (and MTN as it goes) website. Most amusingly the FAQ link on the MTN Active page (where I'm waiting for a long lost SMS) gives a 404 error.

The MTN sites are falling way behind Voda & Cell C...
