I just checked the MTN ACTIVE web site & noticed the latest statement for download is 26.02.2007. WTF? Today is 15 April.
Last week I had to fight with a dude @ 808 to get my statements emailed to me as I had not received them. It was the same story the previous month.
He wanted to tell me there was nothing wrong with their systems & that my e-mail address was at fault. Wouldnt believe that my e-mail was 100% OK!!!
It's about time MTN listen to their customers & sort their systems out.
Pitbull, you confirmed last time that it was a system back end error (whatever that is). Is it going to happen again?
Your 808 call centre should be advised when these things happen. What is the use to phone 808 if these guys know nothing.
