I honestly think this is the worst service that MTN has ever provided!!!!!!!
I have two lines on one account. When I log into MTN active with the one number, I can do a whole heep of things. However, when I log in with the other number, I can only see the itemesd bill and the unbilled one also.
I cannot add/delete services nothing!!!! When logging a query, the take 20 days to respond! The best of all is that they didn't even answer the question!!! And to make matters worse, the idiot that responded, closed the comment/complaint so I have to open a new one!
Oh MTN are useless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
