MTN / Afrihost iPhone 6 Personal Hotspot No Longer Working

I use my "Personal Hotspot" on my iPhone 6 often.

I was using it earlier today but now when I go into the setting on my iPhone, it says Setup Personal Hotspot instead of the usual on/off switch.

When I click Setup it pops up a message "To enable Personal Hotspot on this account, contact MTN at 808"

Firstly WTF
Secondly I have my data with Afrihost, so 808 can't help for sh*t
Thirdly 808 can't help for sh*t

Anyone experience the same?
