I have a bit of a problem and wondered if anyone of you guys could help me by telling me what I can do.
The other day I purched a "One day Unlimited Internet" bundle whict is charged @ R50. I downloaded 5GB of data, which as far as I can tell was well within any "FUPollicy" and recieved a bill of R11000, jip you read it correctly, R11k

I did find that there is a fair use policy which will drop your speed to 128Kbps if you exceed 150MB before the 24hr timeline, although my speed didn't

As far as I can tell it is not my fault they didn't throttel me, in any case, I didn't even know there was such a policy till today.
Any sugesstions or sould I go directly to the papers?
