Woke up this morning to a notice that I have reached my predetermined data usage. (I have the New Galxy Note 10.1 2014 edition with 1gb per month from MTN.)
Very surprise about this, as the new month is only 6 days old and i have been connected to wifi most of the time.
When I had a look into my logs I saw that the myMTNza app used +-900mb of background data.
Here are the screenshots showing that it was the MTN app using the data:
Here is the app indicating that I do not have any data left. (Only night data)
I am furious to say the least and expect a free top up from MTN.
Does anyone know who I can contact to go about rectifying this?
