The call centre told me that the invoices will be updated on Monday so I should call after that.

Mine ends tomorrow and now I'm panicking because I can't deal with a R5000 bill, this year has decimated me. I phoned them a month ago because I was worried about this exact situation but they said it would be fine. I asked in a MTN store and the lady said it should be fine because the date the data reset was before the end of my contract.

Disable all the extra add ons.
You should then only pay for the MadeForMe package.

Thinking about it I never activated the add ons they did. It's not my problem all I did was agree to a contract that included 100GB+100GB which should change to 50+50. I will not be held responsible for the stupid way they built the contract.

Unfortunately if you don't grasp the wording of the contract you agreed to, just accept the school fees.

B*llsh*t. Nowhere in the contract does it say that my allocation would be made up of bundles.

More on top of that I had many conversations with MTN retentions/customer care and person in a MTN store that said this won't be a problem.

Funny thing is that they were promotional bundles that were meant to last only 24 months. Sneaky mtn extended them at full price.

I did deactivate them as per your suggestion so I'm hoping that works.

Geez guys u seriously making me reconsider dealing with mtn.. Really don't wanna sit with this drama in two years..

My contract ends on the 18th but the bill I got yesterday for the period 12-10-2020 to 11-11-2020 is R2100. This does not add up to me.

The first call I logged got closed without any feedback. Logged a new call now.
