And I just saw my bill for Jan is totally wrong... should be R399 but its R939.13....
Best I get ready for that horrible on hold retentions music...

Hi, i am having the exact same issue on 2 of my contract deals tht i upgraded on black friday last year and i have tried to sort out with them but didnt get anywhere. Can you perhaps share how uu manged to sort this issue out, because now I am getting very frustrated with this issue.

Define out standing
For example if I decide 10 months down the line
I want to cancel do I pay the rest of 14 months and a month extra
Or just the month I'm in and the next month penalty
these new BF deals are 36 month contracts

I was looking at the 100 GB plus 30 plus 20
For 349
Unfortunately they said I don't qualify yet
But said if I take a 149 contract after 3 months I can upgrade to contract I want

Is data share allowed in this contract? Asked myn consultant and they were unsure

Out of the blue I see a BF billing line on my newest uninvoiced bill. But didnt upgraded for years! (or zero BF stuff bought / or contracts)

Let me follow up

Got a response from MTN Executive Complaints.. Over 1 month later.
Looks like they still plan on having the data share issue resolved this month.

The response from MTN is bullshit. They don't give us users a definite answer.

I had to take another 500GB contract out as I had planned a good setup to take advantage of Datashare.
Otherwise the network is fast and enjoyable. But please hook us up.

We all know it is just a software switch over, very easy to implement.

Looks like they still plan on having the data share issue resolved this month.
Any idea what the other BF deals that they listed there were priced at? Specifically the 500gig and 1TB packages...

Having a problem wherein I've paid by CC and they still did a debit order. Where exactly do I see my full bill.

The one on the app isn't helpful. Is the MyMTN app the right one?
