What are the hardware requirements to connect my laptop to the Internet via MTN broadband?

I have a Nokia 9300i phone.

All you'd need is to connect your phone to your laptop via USB or wifi if supported by the 9300i. Then lastly all you need to do is install the necessary program/drivers (i assume is on the installation CD) so that you can set your phone up as a modem.

I had an P800 and thats all i did sothe same would apply to any other make/model

P.s. About the broadband part, the 9300i has to be 3G enabled to have real broadband. I think it only has EDGE capabilities which isnt all too bad but it isnt broadband.

Best to use a cable than bluetooth or IrDA. Use nokia datasuite. Not much required on the PC side; anything from a PIII upwards should work. But Nokia 9300i is Edge only - not broadband.
