MTN continues to charge after porting

I ported my number from MTN to Virgin Mobile in December. Since then, MTN has continued to bill be for my contract. I phoned them last month and they said that their billing department was aware of the problem and that they would stop billing me and refund me, but this month they billed me again! I have a debit order and don't just want to stop it, otherwise I will get a bad credit record.

I tried to phone MTN again (0831808) but after holding on for 1 hour, I decided to hang up.

Any ideas on what I can do? Anyone else experiencing similar problems?

I PM'd MTN Data Dude, but no reply yet...
