and is it possible for them dot to approve it and what would be the problem?

Generally there is no problems in approving a contract... if your credit record is rather clean...

Approval ussualy takes about a day. if not all the doc's are there could take a couple of days.

Only reasons for a decline would be Credit Bureaux issues, incorrect details on forms (e.g. bank details, address, etc.), no signatures on the documentation, or missing docs like ID/payslip or whatever else they asked you for.
