Why is it that MTN does not allow one to purchase a second data bundle on one´s data contract or existing bundle within the 30 day window, if one has run out of data? This is annoying as it puts one in the out-of-bundle rate at a higher cost, whereas other SP´s allow one to purchase add-on bandwidth.

That does sound like a good idea:)

Don't know how they going to do it

It's pretty easy to do on Prepaid but it's a little bit more complex with Postpaid due to the Bill run and Invoice date
