Dear MTN
I recently attempted to sign a contract with MTN on Friday the 27th of February.
I was told by the MTN Employee I delt that my contract may be approved within hours or at least by the end of the day.
It is now Monday the 2nd of March and I had not heard anything.
I phoned the MTN shop where I applied for the above contract only to be told that the MTN Employee I delt with on Friday is off.
I was further told that no other MTN Employee, except the MTN Employee whom I dealt with on Friday, can access those details.
This means I, The Customer, have to wait while an MTN Employee has the day off.
Do you believe this is an acceptable way to treat MTN Customers?

Phone their call center and speak to retentions. Their inability to renew my contract within an acceptable timeframe (2 weeks after I signed, my contract wasn't actually renewed yet) caused MTN to give me a R3 500 credit on my account, to apologize.
