When exactly are your free minutes deducted, are they deducted as soon as the phone rings or only after the person on the other side has answered or the voice mail picks up? Trying to work out if I should go for MyCall 100 or ProCall 120, I often phone someone and they don't answer so the ProCall 120 will be a waste if the minutes are deducted as soon as the phone rings.

Thanks xrapidx, that's what I thought but just wanted to make sure. It would be nice though If your phone would beep or something just before Voice mail picked up because I often let it ring just to long and voice mail picks up.
