MTN: How to disable call waiting ?

MTN: How to disable call waiting on MTN ?
Currently call waiting is activated and diverting to voicemail after 20 seconds in waiting, I want divert disabled so that 2nd caller hear engaged tone. No divert to voicemail, I want engaged tone for 2nd caller. Anyone else that wants to call can wait until my current call is finished and call again.

Settings --> CALL --> additional settings

Okay so you need to edit 2 settings then.

Call Waiting --> Off
Call Forwarding/Divert when unanswered after 20sec -- Disable

Go to your dial pad. Top right corner there are 3 dots in a line downwards click on it. Click call settings. There will be a call forwarding option there. Let it read the settings. Click on Unanswered and Turn Off.

Now go back one and right at the bottom you will see additional settings option, click on it and there are 2 options. Deselect call waiting.
