Hi

For the past week I haven't able to access Mtnactive to check my data usage. I logon and get this:

We are currently experiencing downtime and will not be able to perform any transactions. Please try again later.

Go to 'unbilled' on the menu and i am told:

System Error / Exception

Application exception occurred while processing this request. Please contact your administrator.


A few hours or a day is understandable, but this has been going on for the past 6 days. I have logged in from home & work so can't have anything to do with the connection. Pitbull, Snakepit, any advice?

I sent an e-mail to the active supervisor to enquire, in the meantime have you tried dialling 1761 for assistance?
