MTN Insurance contact details

I have a friend that needs to claim from MTN Insurance but can't get through to anyone at MTN Insurance. He has been on hold for hours with no luck.

Does someone have an suggestions contacting them? He has posted on their FB page, they responded and he provided them with a contact number but they have yet not contacted him after 48hours.

Any suggestions or help please.

Did you manage to contact them?
There phone never gets answered, seems more like a scam. I would strongly advise people not to take mtn insurance you'll be sure to regret it when things go wrong!

Its true, MTN Insurance is basically a scam, or a company that is run like a big scam office. My father's vehicle had the window smashed and his cellphone taken while on charge at one of his building sites. He claimed. Sent proofs of police reports, proof of replacement window, affidavids all the proof you can think of, because he doesnt like wasting time. They lost all his documents. he resends it all, they loose it again. This happened 3 times before they managed to admit that they had received it all. Its been about 3 months and he still hasnt had his phone claim responded to. With the time spent on making a claim through MTN Insurance, you may as well buy a 10k phone outright and it will be cheaper then your time spent. I still need to get around to cancelling mine and my wifes...
