I've been trying to cancel my contract for a week now with no satisfaction.
Emails. No go.
Phoned the helpline - get cut off EVERY BLOODY time.
I logged a message on the front page of the MTN Facebook this morning. Also send a message on Facebook.
So far no reply. I dont actually expect a reply. From what I have now seen is that MTN has a non existent customer service department.
I will never get any MTN product again. Never again.
Now how the hell do I end this miserable contract (which has expired two weeks ago)????!
The next debit order is going off on the 1st of May. Can I load a stoporder at the bank to refuse the payment? What recourse do I have?
