MTN Last Use Blacklisting

Hi everyone

Please help me or offer advise. Lost my phone on 16 August and blacklisted it but MTNs ITC last used date shows 2 August and no one is able to explain the discrepancy in usage even though they can clearly see through billing statements that the phone was perfectly in use. When a consultant checked the MTN system again, the date shows Last use as 15 August but the ITC system show 2 August.

Insurance refuses to accept the statements. Insurance wants me to tell MTN to write a letter explaining why their usage date is off and no one wants to assist. Even spoke to branch manager and theyre lost. Please help

Speak to different insurance consultant. If that person tells you the same thing then lay a complaint at the insurance company. If they still refuse then see the ombudsman.
