For the price it's excellent.
Sim 1 in MTN locked, Sim 2 is open.
Joins my local wifi without any issues, upon getting online it did an update which installed the whatsapp icon on the launcher selecting that and whatsapp installed.
Over all build quality is ok, came with a charger and earphones.
I have 2 issues with the phone though,
1st every few minutes it tries do something via USSD and I get a null message notice with operator message. Very annoying as it wakes up and goes bing. I cant find what it is to turn it off.
2nd one is odd I loaded R5 airtime to the MTN sim, via banking. As soon as I did that I received a SMS saying R5 loaded then I received the free 1 gig bundle valid for 20 days. Plus I received a 100 meg data.
Then when querying the balance *136# it says R3.50 left. I never made a call or sms or USSD command so where did the R1.50 disappear too.
Update : 1st has something todo with the second sim, if its in it keeps doing this null message thing. Also keep getting an operator message from MTN about cardexchange, no matter what I do it keeps coming back.
