MTN LTE Sim Card supplied via AXXESS in Port Elizabeth. This is a happy STORY.

Happy stories are far and in between the sad ones.
I have a MTN LTE SIM CARD from Axxess in Port Elizabeth.
I also had a problem with data coms only coming through on EDGE.
No 3G No LTE only edge. At times no EDGE no connection, voice calls dropping as well.
After numerous emails to AXXESS as well as coverage template reports and emails to Shelton Roman in Port Elizabeth.
Also contacted MTN Help Desk. Something strange happened.
I was told to download off the Internet a Cellphone app called OPENVIEW.
This I did and on searching for towers in my area I discovered a LOON BALLOON from Google hanging above in the Stratosphere. I then asked AXXESS in Port Elizabeth to switch on my LTE and low and behold I now have the fastest internet data and HSDPA connections I have ever seen.
I think guys with slow bandwidth should look at OPENVIEW .

They are out there. I have seen a fallen one in the FS last december.
