The promo was already pretty damn pointless when they launched it but in a shocking turn they made it even worse........

Now paid for airtime is being used first before the free airtime...... wow can it get worse than that?

Rule change without any notification what so ever... I suppose they can do that cause its in the terms.....

Well that's terrible.

Where / how did you find out about it?

Solution: CellC

:)

Agree 100%. You buy R10 airtime you get 10 sms's, 10 min cellc to cellc minutes, 10mb data and you still have your R10 unless you want to use it for data or whatever.
Supercharge rocks!:)

I'm on contract now- probably going to try out prepaid next. It just seems to have so much more value add...

I had R14 airtime on my SIM. I loaded a R30 voucher, got an SMS to say I have R15 Mahala time. So I made a 05:30 minute call.

Now my balance is R42.95, with an additional R8.38 Mahala time remaining. It's really weird where the R1.05 went as I have an active SMS and data bundle. But (at least on my side) seems like it did use Mahala time first.
