Hi there, I'd like to find out if anyone else has had this issue.
Around the 13th of March 2023 I took out this MTN month to month prepaid product at R169 a month.

The product worked perfectly until last week when, on the 13th March 2024, I woke up to 9 additional R169 transactions basically overcharging me R1521. Being exactly a year later I suspect this is some bugger up in their product configuration to "renew". Further to this they didn't load the monthly package data or voice.
On top of this all, despite signing up through their website with all details captured and RICA, they can't find my account. Only the mobile number linked to the product.
MTN have been useless in support, with none of their channels having any idea of how the product works.
Has anyone else with this product experienced this issue or gotten it resolved?
