Afrihost Air Mobile smashes MTN, PnP Mobile, TFG Connect

Afrihost Air Mobile is the most affordable mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) on MTN's network for heavy data users, a MyBroadband analysis has revealed.

We found that the MVNO is cheaper than MTN, PnP Mobile, and TFG Connect regarding out-of-bundle data rates and data bundles of various sizes.

Pretty certain airmobile is meant to be 66c per a minute

Haven’t made a call yet but it’s super smooth setup etc

What USSD cheat-codes do I have to type to get 99c on Airmobile? Prepaid, specifically.

At the moment there is no way to get below R1.50/min, unless you're on Pulse, which is limited to a specific age group.

When we launch our Air Mobile sim cards officially next week that will be the default rate. Per second billing to any network.

If you stay on the Air Mobile APN with an MTN Simcard you will unfortunately still be on the MTN price plans for voice calls.

We don't spam clients on Air Mobile. Are you referring to the MTN SMS that you receive? With Air Mobile from next week we are a full MVNO and have our own MSISDN ranges just like other MVMO's
So if I am an existing Afrihost client will I be "ported"?

Will there be any advantages/disadvantages e.g. like only being able to access 4G and not 5G?
