Anyone know offhand what number to call for network realated issues regarding GPRS?

Have had a problem for about a month and a half now where GPRS hardly works (Extremely slow - times out most of the time) ... everyone in our building has the same issue, so it's not my phone.

Drive a couple of km away and GPRS then works fine.

Could it be a cell problem. Get them to get off their lazy arses drive out there and take a look.

Network complaints would be 0839001212, or alternatively Dr Data is very helpful.
